Note: Health data collection requires your explicit consent and can be disabled at any time in your device settings.

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers

Your profile information (display name, photo, game statistics, and rank) is visible to other App users to facilitate game organization and social features. You can control some visibility settings in your profile.

4.3 Legal Requirements

• Enforce our Terms of Service
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Who Got Next, our users, or others

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for the following periods:

• Game History: Retained permanently for statistics and rankings (unless you request deletion)
• Messages: Retained until you delete them or your account is deleted
• Location Snapshots: Retained for 90 days for fraud prevention purposes
• Health Data: Retained until you delete it or disable wearable integration
• Analytics Data: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

• End-to-end encryption for messages
• Secure Firebase authentication (industry-standard authentication protocols)
• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Location Data

We collect precise location data (GPS coordinates) to:

• Show nearby courts on the map
• Connect you with local players
• Display games in your area
• Verify game participation for fraud prevention

Location Access: Location data is collected only when you grant permission and use location-based features. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, though this will limit app functionality.

Background Location: We do not collect location data when the app is running in the background, except during active games for verification purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@whogotnext.app. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using our App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country.
